Authorized Use & Access Notice
This page summarizes operational access expectations for LotRoster. It does not replace any employment agreement, dealership policy, privacy notice, commercial agreement or other terms that separately apply to a user or deployment.
Authorized use
Users may access LotRoster only for legitimate business purposes within the permissions assigned to their account. Accounts and credentials are individual and must not be shared or used to obtain access beyond the user's authorized role.
Security responsibilities
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, introduce malicious content, or access records they are not authorized to view. Suspected credential compromise or security issues should be reported promptly through the organization's established support or security channel.
Operational records
Users are responsible for entering and handling dealership information in accordance with applicable organizational policies and legal requirements. Access may be suspended or disabled when authorization ends or when required to protect the service and its data.
